HI paintball player converting to airsoft

hello everyone i'm a paintball player converting to airsoft you could say i got tired of there being no honor in paintball and the mess and how expensive it is to play gah more of a choir then it is fun perhaps ill get to play some games with ya guys i'm located in strathmore. alberta and its great to actually find people who live near me that play airsoft

This forum has people from all over... I'm from the Hanna area and we have about 5 members. We go up to Brooks and play with the guys/gals up there, fairly often.

so where do i go to become one of the cool kids?

Seeing as how you are switching to Airsoft, you already are one of the cool kids!! The Brooks team has a field on Cassils Road west of Brooks and us Hanna guys should have a treed field come the spring.

Hey Jax welcome... and there are fields all over you just have to look Calgary has a huge airsoft comunity as well as us here.... Red deer as well being in strathmore your smack dab in the middle , I'm sure we'll see you on any one of them fields.

Welcome Jax! Be sure to post any questions you have about the sport. There are many x-paintballers now playing airsoft and I don't think many ever go back. What do you have for gear and do you have an AEG yet?

We don't play all that much through the winter unless you are one of the RAAT gang out of Red Deer or you play some of the indoor games in Calgary. We get the show going in early spring and play almost every weekend either in Brooks or on other fields across Western Canada.

We are expecting big games for 2010 in Claybank SK, Regina SK, Red Deer AB, Didsbury AB, Edmonton AB, Calgary AB, and one big one in Manatoba.

ill go where ever the game is if i have transportation im bankrupt so i cant own a car haha but i have a g and g ak and all my old paintball gear i have only 1 vest that can hold ak mags its a lil bulky and heavy but it will have to do i wear woodland camo boonie for the win and a tan spear vest it 6 mag pouches a dump bag and gas mask bag for extra ammo and a first aid pouch which is filled with first aid stuff

i also have my first aid ticket as most of us prolly have hehe

Ya first aids fairly common, in Alberta and I'm thinking soon to be in Sask.
