IN THE NEWS!

Well, sorta.

I was informed last night by Iceman (Tony) that our Mil-Sim brothers in Edmonton (ESS) and Winnipeg (6CBG) are featured in the current (January, 2011) issue of Airsoft International.

I was also pleased to hear that our Mil-Sim team (1./FschJgBtl 374) was mentioned in the article by Tony!!!

Not only are we making strong inroads in the Canadian Airsoft community, we are breaking into the international scene. Lets take advantage of this little bit of exposure and feed on it to grow our numbers. Maybe the next time AI goes to run an article on a Canadian based team, 1./FschJgBtl 374 will be their #1 pick!

anyone know where I can pick up a copy of the magazine, there's a few people who i'd like to rub this into their faces.

Lol. On Tuesday the Medicine Hat News receives their copies of the January issue.

Went to Hat News today and picked up the only Airsoft International they had, haven't found anything, not even sure its the Jan issue as all it has is Vol6 Issue7 on it. It also has on the front "US Edition" but has lots of adds with UK phone numbers.

Jan issue is Vol6 issue8 which hat news didn't have out on the shelves.

Called Hat News again today, still no Jan month issues in, even thought AI says that Feb issue is shipping out soon.

We have a newsstand in Winnipeg that stocks AI. They probably won't get the January issue until late February or even into March. I'm sure the 6 CBG guys will snap up every copy that comes in.

Ooh~ that sounds great! a little exposure goes a long ways I'm sure.
