Good day, JuiceWeasel here. I had the opportunity to meet a few of you this past weekend at Claybank. I like your site, looks good.

I'm a member of the PDW team in Regina anf have been playing for 5 years now. Hopefully we'll see each other again on the field, I was impressed by the ethic and appearence of your team.

Thanks JW, we appreciate your compliments. Take a look around the forum, we recently aquired the use of a large treed field and you can see pics at this thread: https://ab-airsoft.darkbb.com/club-ab-airsoft-aka-spartans-f11/ab-airsoft-aquires-2nd-field-t644.htm
Maybe we will see you and your crew out there for a big game?

Cheers

That would be great if we could arrange for that.

I think that is so cool that you used that photo as your avatar. Glad you liked it. Maybe getting lit up by Rookie as I came around the corner was worth it after all...hell of a shot that guy...good grouping!

I had no idea anyone was even taking pics of me!? Thanks a lot, it is my favorite of the games, also liked the one pic looking over my right shoulder, in the same place. That is so very cool ! ! Thanks again !

Hey JW,

Thanks for dropping by. You got some pretty good pics of our group that in that last scrim.

Too bad the weather was so damn ugly or we would have all been over for 'movie night' with team Sask. As it turned out, we had to batten down the hatches and didn't do as much socializing as we would have liked. As Edwin mentioned, we found a very nice piece of property in the foothills just a bit NW of Calgary. We are planning to run one or two Mil-Sims there next year but I don't see much happening there this year. I expect we will be making one more trip to Sask this year to play at the Hospital Al has aquired.

We'll hopefully be seeing you and the rest of team Sask more often in the future. Too bad we seem to end up on opposite ends of the field.

Cheers,

Definately have to try and get the Sask folks onboard for a road trip. You would have been more than welcome at the movie night...we ended up watching a Russian movie "Chistiliche" which takes place during the First Chechnyan war.

Perhaps next time. It would be good to fight alongside you. Team Sask took a vote early on as to what team to play on Alpha or Bravo. Most abstained but those who voted were overwhelmingly in favor of Alpha...I have a hunch they didn't want to go and buy green uniforms.

As a side question. Does anyone know where or who in Canada could bring in a Ultima MG42? 100 Have just been made so they will be hard to find but any help would be appreciated. I've been looking for either a MG34 or 42 for 5 years.

Thanks

I've been looking for one for a while too. Airsoft Extreme in CA has some inbound (and some Shoei MG42 GBB's too). It's a little tricky getting them across the boarder.

I saw that, I'm going to be at their Santa Clara store in July...I'd pick one up then and there if I thought I could get it across the boarder.

Have to do some research and see what possibilities there are...don't have much hope but you never know until you try.

Thanks
